Pavage Normand carries out paving, flagging, and decorative concrete work for private individuals as well as on municipal roads. The project needed to better showcase this activity, its recent projects, and the photos provided by the company. The previous site was six years old. Its project portfolio was static, the company had no space allowing them to update them, only three blog posts remained, and the contact form no longer worked. This site redesign therefore had to renew Pavage Normand's image while restoring a reliable contact journey. The new website creation is based on Evolut, with a structural and graphic redesign adapted to the world of Pavage Normand. The setup takes into account a practical constraint: the client has little time and does not wish to technically manage the publication from a dashboard. The chosen operating method allows them to simply send their photos via a sharing link. The editorial processing is then organised without imposing the formatting of each new project on them.Upon receipt, images are classified with the help of artificial intelligence according to the trades represented, notably paving, flagging, or decorative concrete. Views of the same site taken from several angles are grouped together to prepare a coherent project showcase.Isolated photos can feed into article ideas linked to SEO searches observed the previous month. The process thus distinguishes between series intended for the portfolio and images that can support a blog topic useful for the visibility of the SME website. For each series, an initial description helps identify the method or the nature of the project. An easy-to-fill document, in PDF or Word format, automatically gathers the images and useful questions: location, date, technique used, surface area, or other information specific to the project. The client completes this document, then their answers are used to prepare the texts, captions, and summaries. This automation speeds up production while maintaining a validation based on the company's information. The pace has gone from zero new projects to nearly six per month. During a recent processing session, about sixty photos allowed for the preparation of twelve articles and seven project posts in one evening. Fully manual entry would have been estimated at nearly a week, time now saved for the manager. The new form also integrates a honeypot to limit spam. Since going live, Pavage Normand receives about five qualified enquiries per week. The site was put online in June 2026 after two weeks of construction. It combines a new trade showcase, a reliable form, and a continuous process for transforming site photos into project showcases and editorial content.
