SCTM builds rubble masonry and dry stone structures in Réunion. Despite recognised expertise, their old Wix site did not allow for the long-term presentation of their achievements or the collection of sufficiently complete requests. Contacts arrived via email, sometimes without a usable phone number or email address. Some prospects were therefore lost before the first conversation even took place.Communication also relied heavily on Facebook. Projects could be shared out of context, or even taken by other players, without the site serving as a clear reference for Sylvio's work. The new form asks for the prospect's contact details, the construction sector, the budget, the requested service, the type of stone, the surface area, project details and, if necessary, attachments. Every request received by Sylvio contains the useful elements to call or respond immediately. This qualification also improves the prospect's own thinking: budget, deadlines and constraints are specified from the start. Sylvio can prioritise requests without wasting time rebuilding the requirements. The site centralises services, areas of operation, guarantees and completed works. A gallery of nearly two hundred photos shows the level of finish on site, while remaining smooth thanks to lazy loading of images.Imported images are associated with a traceability marker to facilitate the detection of potential re-use. They are then organised by type of service: stone cladding, stairs, retaining walls and parapets. From his dashboard, Sylvio uploads his new photos. The system detects duplicates, analyses the images, associates them with the relevant services and then publishes them in the correct galleries. The site thus remains up to date without repetitive handling or manual sorting.Instead of referring to scattered posts, Sylvio has a single address to present his business. Prospects immediately find the achievements, guarantees, areas of operation and a structured contact form. The site strengthens the company's credibility before the first call.
