Terms of Service for Cadarsir Social Media Management

Version dated 16 October 2026

1. Publisher and Purpose

The service is operated by CADARSI ROMAIN, sole trader operating under the trading name Cadarsir, residing at 65 rue des All Blacks, 34070 Montpellier, France, registered under SIREN number 894 103 894. Contact : romain@cadarsir.fr.

The service allows for the preparation, scheduling, and publication of organic content on Cadarsir's own social networks and those of its clients, according to the agreed scope. It relies notably on a private instance of Postiz accessible at https://postiz.cadarsir.fr.

2. Access and Acceptance

The service is reserved for Cadarsir and users expressly authorised within a professional relationship. It is not a platform open to public registration.

These terms are communicated and expressly accepted before the service is activated. Services, rates, deadlines, content validation, and end-of-mission terms are defined in an accepted quote or contract. Special conditions prevail in case of conflict with these terms.

3. Account Management Authorisation

The client declares they hold the necessary rights to authorise interventions on the relevant accounts. Connection is made via mechanisms provided by the social networks, without transmitting passwords to Cadarsir.

Depending on the platform, technical authorisations may allow account identification, reading of content and statistics, as well as content publication and management. They do not allow actions outside the agreed mission. The client can withdraw these authorisations from the relevant social network or request disconnection from Cadarsir.

4. Content and Validation

The client provides the necessary information, visuals, videos, and instructions. They guarantee they hold the required rights, notably regarding images, music, brands, and persons represented.

Publications follow the written process agreed between the parties. In the absence of an agreement on this process, explicit validation is required before publication; silence does not constitute agreement.

Comment management is only provided if included in the mission. Automated AI responses to comments are not part of the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

Illegal, misleading, infringing, discriminatory content, or content violating privacy or platform rules is prohibited. Spam, identity theft, and artificial engagement manipulation are also prohibited.

Cadarsir may refuse or suspend an operation presenting a legal or security risk, informing the client and seeking an appropriate solution.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Availability

Features, authorisations, and APIs of third-party platforms may evolve, be limited, suspended, or withdrawn. Cadarsir guarantees neither the acceptance of a connection or publication, nor permanent availability, nor results regarding visibility, followers, or performance.

Cadarsir informs the client of known incidents and implements reasonable measures within its control.

7. Intellectual Property

Each party retains rights to their contributions. The client grants Cadarsir only the authorisations strictly necessary for storage, adaptation to agreed formats, and authorised publication of content.

Rights to Cadarsir's creations and their potential transfer are defined in the quote or contract. These terms do not imply any general transfer of rights.

8. Data and Security

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy. Processing carried out on behalf of the client is governed by a data processing agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. These terms do not replace that agreement.

Users maintain the confidentiality of their access and report any unauthorised use to romain@cadarsir.fr.

9. End of Mission and Deletion

At the end of the mission, scheduled publications are stopped, unless otherwise agreed, and accounts are disconnected from Postiz.

Mission data under Cadarsir's control is returned or deleted according to the client's instructions within a maximum of 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it. This manual procedure covers technical access, media, exports, and relevant copies, including backups under Cadarsir's control, according to purge procedures.

Disconnection does not delete social accounts or already published content. Their deletion is subject to a separate request, depending on the platform's capabilities.

10. Liability and Disputes

Each party is liable for breaches attributable to them under applicable law. Third-party platform limitations do not exempt Cadarsir from its duties of care and security.

These terms are subject to French law. The parties shall seek an amicable solution by contacting romain@cadarsir.fr, without limiting recourse to competent courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Substantial changes to these terms are communicated before they take effect. They do not retroactively modify agreed services. Changes requiring agreement are subject to express acceptance.
