A site with an AI agent to guide every charging project

MgTEC

MgTEC installs charging stations for individuals, companies, condominiums, and local authorities in the Île-de-France region, alongside its long-standing business in industrial machine installation and maintenance. Delivered in two weeks, the site explains grants for each audience, synchronises their evolution weekly via an AI agent, and directs visitors to forms adapted to their needs.

Developing a new activity without erasing the historic business

MgTEC was initially built around the installation and maintenance of industrial machinery. The company then developed a complementary activity dedicated to electric vehicle charging stations in Île-de-France.The new site had to make this offer immediately understandable without reducing MgTEC to a single specialty. It was necessary to clearly present the installation of charging stations while maintaining visibility for the industrial activity that forms the company's foundation of expertise.

Explaining grants that differ according to the applicant

Charging projects do not all meet the same constraints. An individual, a company, a condominium, or a local authority does not approach their needs or the available grants in the same way. A single presentation would have forced every visitor to sort through information that does not concern them. The site therefore organises information around these four audiences. Each accesses a pathway that allows them to understand the schemes applicable to their situation before contacting MgTEC.

Maintaining useful information without manual intervention

The challenge was not just publishing an initial summary of grants. This information evolves and can quickly make a page incomplete or obsolete. The director did not want to spend time monitoring changes or manually updating the site's content. An AI agent remains active every week to track information related to grants and synchronise content when schemes evolve. The site thus maintains its role as a guide over time, without adding a new maintenance task to MgTEC's daily operations.

Adapting the contact journey to each type of project

After the information phase, the visitor is directed to a dynamic form corresponding to their profile. A company's needs differ from those of an individual; the journey takes this difference into account instead of offering the same questionnaire to everyone. This segmentation also applies to condominiums and local authorities. It allows for requesting the useful elements for the right context, clarifying the request upfront, and avoiding an overly general initial exchange.

Transmitting an actionable request directly to the director

Once the form is completed, the qualified request is sent via email to the MgTEC director. The site thus links three stages that were often separate: understanding grants, identifying the adapted pathway, and transmitting a sufficiently precise need to prepare for the contact.Automation remains at the service of this operational circuit. The goal is not to add a technical demonstration, but to make the information more reliable for the visitor and the request clearer for the company.

Two weeks to complete for measurable results

The site was delivered in May 2026 after two weeks of development. Since going online, the pages dedicated to grants generate approximately two contact requests per month.MgTEC also notes better visibility for its two activities: charging station installation and industrial machine installation-maintenance. The project thus fulfils its double objective: raising awareness of the new offer and strengthening the overall understanding of the company.
