Le Coq Noir had a Wix site that the client could no longer access. It was therefore impossible to update the restaurant's information directly, while requests sent to the previous service provider went unfulfilled. This situation had visible effects: opening hours were contradictory, events and special menus remained outdated or poorly visible, and an old New Year's menu was still featured. The creation of the new website first had to give the restaurant back reliable and controlled information.A personalised dashboard now allows for the management of opening hours, address, telephone number, email address, and social media. The restaurant can also keep its images up to date to better showcase the venue.Google Maps reviews are displayed on the site. The delivered scope covers the public site and its dashboard, with an administration interface designed around the information actually used by the team. The dashboard centralises the management of products, menus, and their variants, including service variants for drinks. The restaurant can set a default menu and prepare specific menus for certain events.Artist profiles and a diary also facilitate programming. Each event can be associated with an artist and a date, and then be presented on the public site. This organisation replaces expired announcements with a schedule kept up to date from the same management space. The web design highlights events, bookings, and privatisation requests more effectively. Upcoming appointments and New Year's bookings are immediately visible, while images provide a more faithful representation of the restaurant.Bookings remain handled by Zenchef and takeaway orders by Klikit. The site clearly directs visitors to these services without presenting these functions as having been developed within the current scope.Less than a week was needed to design the project and have the mock-ups validated. Two weeks then separated their validation from going live, making a total of approximately three weeks. As the site went live the day before the interview, no quantitative results are available yet. Initial findings are qualitative: upcoming events and New Year's bookings are visible without delay, privatisation is promoted, and the user experience is clearer, more credible, and more reassuring.Online bookings and payments, a mobile application, and the automated creation of monthly blog content remain future developments. They are not part of the currently delivered public site and dashboard.
