KlickTaPaire is a community platform dedicated to sneakers. Its web application integrates a marketplace, a cleaning service, and a future trade-in offer for damaged pairs into a single journey. This custom development needed to make several professions accessible from a single interface while maintaining a clear user experience. Each service addresses a different stage in a pair's life: purchasing from a partner, remote maintenance and, eventually, returning damaged sneakers to circulation. The marketplace offers new or refurbished sneakers from partners. Selection is not based solely on online registration: the team visits shops on-site before integrating them into the network. When a pair is sold, a certificate of authenticity accompanies the order. This organisation combines the variety of a marketplace with a concrete selection process and proof provided to the customer. To request a cleaning, the customer uploads photos of their sneakers. Artificial intelligence analyses their condition and prepares the necessary elements for a quote tailored to the pair. The diagnostic tools facilitate the qualification of the request before shipping. It allows for a personalised proposal to be built from the provided images, without requiring the customer to visit a cleaner in person. The service operates nationwide, including areas where no partner cleaner is located nearby. The customer drops their pair off at a collection point, then the cleaner sends it back after the intervention to a collection point or directly to their home. The platform handles logistics and label preparation. This journey connects the customer to the professional without limiting the service to a local geographic zone.Automation accompanies every order: the label is sent to the partner, the pair is dropped at a collection point, statuses track its progress, and the customer receives their delivery with the intended certificate. After the order, a review request is sent to the customer. This workflow consolidates logistics, tracking, and after-sales relations so that partners and buyers share a common journey.KlickTaPaire was launched in 2025 after eight to twelve months of development. The platform now brings together forty partners and processes approximately twenty orders per week. Customer feedback is positive. The next planned step is the resale of damaged sneakers. This feature is still part of the roadmap and is not active yet: it will extend the community logic and the lifespan of pairs when it is put into service.
