Transforming an online presence frozen for six years

The BTSerrurerie website had not evolved for six years. The company no longer had administrative access, the projects presented were old and the showcase no longer reflected real activity. This discrepancy created a lack of trust at the moment when a prospect had to quickly choose a locksmith.Business urgency was not sufficiently taken into account: no phone number was immediately visible upon arriving on the site. It was therefore necessary to rebuild an up-to-date, credible online presence directly oriented towards initiating contact.

Capitalising on an already strong Google reputation

BTSerrurerie was already very active on its Google Business Profile and benefited from numerous reviews. The new site leverages this existing source instead of requiring new manual input.Every day, Google Business Profile posts are synchronised with the site. Reviews are also automatically displayed so that the reputation earned on Google reassures visitors without creating a second update circuit.

Creating local content from existing work

Artificial intelligence analyses the description and images of each post. It produces localised project content as well as a description designed for organic search engine optimisation. Marketing information is thus centralised on the site while remaining fed by actions already carried out on Google Business Profile.Local area pages are generated from a common template. Each page maintains a consistent structure but adapts its content to the specific area. BTSerrurerie can thus develop its local visibility without manually maintaining a series of independent pages.

Making emergency calls visible from the very first screen

A bar placed at the top of the site immediately displays the two essential actions: calling BTSerrurerie directly or opening a WhatsApp conversation. The visitor no longer has to browse the page to find how to contact the company. This priority given to contact responds to the real context of an emergency locksmith service. The site no longer just presents the activity: it shortens the path between a local search and a request for intervention.

Visible progress from the very first months

The project was completed in two weeks and the new site was launched in March 2026. Weekly visits went from about two in March to eight in April and May, and then to about fifteen today. At the same time, direct call requests have increased significantly. This progress confirms the value of a showcase that combines local visibility, social proof, updated content and immediate access to contact.
