Pavage Normand carries out paving, flagging and decorative concrete work for private individuals as well as on local municipal roads. The project needed to better highlight this activity, its recent projects and the photos provided by the company. The previous site was six years old. Its project showcases were static, the company had no space to update them, only three blog posts remained and the contact form no longer worked. This site redesign therefore had to renew the image of Pavage Normand while restoring a reliable contact path. The new website creation is based on Evolut, with a structural and graphic redesign adapted to the world of Pavage Normand. The setup takes into account a practical constraint: the client has little time and does not wish to technically manage publication from a dashboard. The chosen operation allows them to simply send their photos via a sharing link. The editorial processing is then organised without imposing the layout of each new project showcase on them.Upon receipt, images are classified with the help of artificial intelligence according to the trades represented, notably paving, flagging or decorative concrete. Views of the same site taken from several angles are grouped together to prepare a coherent project showcase.Isolated photos can feed into article ideas linked to SEO searches observed the previous month. The process thus distinguishes between series intended for the portfolio and images that can support a blog topic useful for the visibility of the small business website. For each series, an initial description helps identify the method or nature of the work. A simple-to-fill document, in PDF or Word format, automatically brings together the images and useful questions: location, date, technique used, surface area or other information specific to the project. The client completes this document, then their answers are used to prepare the texts, captions and summaries. This automation speeds up production while maintaining validation based on company information. The pace has gone from zero new project showcases to nearly six per month. During a recent processing session, about sixty photos allowed for the preparation of twelve articles and seven project showcases in one evening. Fully manual entry would have been estimated at nearly a week, a time now saved for the manager. The new form also integrates a honeypot to limit unwanted submissions. Since going live, Pavage Normand receives about five qualified enquiries per week. The site went live in June 2026 after two weeks of development. It combines a new trade showcase, a reliable form and a continuous process to transform site photos into project showcases and editorial content.
